2. Hosting
This website is hosted by a specialised provider (Netlify). When the pages are accessed, technically necessary data are processed, including the IP address, time of access, the resource requested and the browser used. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Hosting may involve a transfer to third countries; this is safeguarded by appropriate guarantees.
3. Server log files
The hosting service automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. These data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and are not merged with other data sources. They serve technical delivery, security and error analysis.
4. Fonts
This website uses exclusively locally embedded fonts. No connection to third-party servers, such as Google Fonts, takes place. Your IP address is not transmitted to third parties for this purpose.
5. Contact form and enquiries
If you send us enquiries via the contact form or by email, we process your details (in particular name, company, email address, phone number and your message) to handle the enquiry. Form delivery is processed via our host's form service (Netlify Forms). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in the efficient handling of enquiries. We use a technical field for spam protection. The data remain with us until the purpose ceases or you request deletion, subject to statutory retention obligations.
6. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics
This website sets no cookies for marketing or analytics purposes and embeds no third-party tracking services. No user profiles are created.

You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
8. Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as statutory retention periods require. After that, the data are deleted.
